Return & Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges/ store credit within 7 days of the delivery date.
* All items must have the original tag attached to process the exchange/store credit.
* If our team finds that the items were used or worn, your exchange request will be denied.
*EXCLUSIONS: Customized items and items on final sale will not be accepted for exchange.
If any item needs repair within 30 days of the delivery date, contact our customer care- customercare@jandljewels.com and we will resolve this issue promptly.
